These terms govern your use of nagabynevara.com (the “site”) and your purchase of products from us.
Who we are
Naga By Nevara is operated by Barbara Pritchard, based in Christchurch, New Zealand. The site is maintained by Com Technology Ltd on Barbara’s behalf. For enquiries see the Contact page.
Use of this site
You may use the site to browse our products, place orders, and contact us. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with or compromise site security, use automated scrapers to bulk-download our images or content, or reproduce our product photography, descriptions or brand materials without written permission.
Product information
Every Naga By Nevara piece is one of a kind. Listed prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), inclusive of free worldwide shipping. We make every effort to display each piece accurately, but slight colour variation between screens is normal — please contact us if you would like additional photographs of a particular piece before ordering.
When a piece sells, it is removed from sale. Pieces are not replaceable.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed through our website using Stripe for card payments. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our site.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or where shipping to your country is not supported.
Shipping
Free worldwide shipping is built into every price. Handling is 1–3 working days from order; transit is typically 2–5 days within New Zealand and 5–14 days internationally. Customs duties or import taxes in the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. We currently ship to 32 countries — contact us for the current list.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy. Because every piece is one of a kind, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted. Genuine quality or transit-damage issues are resolved by negotiation in good faith within 14 days of delivery.
Your rights under New Zealand law
If you are a New Zealand consumer, nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
If you are an international consumer, the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply alongside these terms.
Privacy
Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Intellectual property
All product photography, written descriptions, the Naga By Nevara brand name and visual identity are the property of Barbara Pritchard / Naga By Nevara. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
