Who has access

Your information is held by Naga By Nevara and accessed only by Barbara Pritchard and the team at Com Technology Ltd who operate the website on her behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with marketing third parties.

Payment processing

When you make a purchase on nagabynevara.com, payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Stripe handles your card details directly through secure form fields embedded in our checkout — your card number is never stored on or transmitted through our website or servers.

Information passed to Stripe to process a payment includes:

  • Your name and billing address
  • Your email address
  • Your shipping address (if different)
  • The amount and currency of the transaction
  • Your payment card details (entered directly into Stripe's secure fields)

Stripe may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device characteristics for fraud-prevention purposes. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We retain order records (your name, contact details, shipping address, order contents, and amount) for at least seven years as required for accounting and statutory tax purposes under New Zealand law.

Third-party services we use

Beyond Stripe, we use the following third-party services that may receive or process limited information about your visit:

  • Cloudflare — provides security and content delivery. May log your IP address and request details for abuse-detection purposes. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics & Google Site Kit — anonymous traffic analytics, as described in the section below. We do not link Google Analytics data to your personal account or order with us.
  • Google Merchant Centre — receives our public product catalogue data only (no customer information).
  • Emailit — handles outbound transactional email (order confirmations, password resets). Receives your email address and the message content. Governed by Emailit's Privacy Policy.
  • WordPress & WooCommerce — the software platform that runs the site. Stores order and account data on our server (hosted in Singapore, behind Cloudflare).

Statistical information and cookies

What we collect

We may collect statistical information about your visit to help us improve the site. This information is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. It includes:

  • Your IP address
  • The search terms you used to find us
  • The pages you visited and the links you clicked
  • The date and time of your visit
  • The referring site (if any) from which you clicked through
  • Your operating system and browser type
  • Other technical details like screen resolution and browser language

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on our website to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not collect personally identifying information through Google Analytics.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC.
